In 2002 CSS LABS was approached by one of the largest Banking and Credit Union Voice Activated Telephony OEM’s in need of higher quality Servers and Workstations utilizing Dialogic Voice Boards. CSS LABS successfully listened to the customer’s requirements and Created a 4U 14-Slot Server and MT Workstation, for all the customers many sites.  This customer has evolved as now part of the largest banking system OEM and Software integrator in North America, with several hundred units shipped and installed.  CSS LABS now builds both 14 and 20 Slot servers , as well as industrial MT workstations with a well established customer base, and long lasting business relationship.
